Chelsea Christopher has been part of the PYT Sports story for much of her life. After her mother, Linda, helped build the company alongside founder Dave Payton, Chelsea grew up around the business and the baseball and softball communities it serves. A lifelong softball player with a background in field and technology sales, she brings a unique blend of industry knowledge, customer-focused experience, and fresh perspective to the team. Today, Chelsea helps lead PYT Sports' digital strategy and operations while continuing the company's commitment to helping coaches and schools create organized, professional facilities that support their athletes and programs.

Linda Christopher

Operations Manager

Since joining PYT Sports in 2014, Linda Christopher has become an integral part of helping coaches and athletic directors bring their facility improvement projects to life. From custom dugout furnishings and signage to large-scale facility upgrades, Linda is known for her hands-on approach, exceptional customer service, and commitment to guiding every project from initial concept through final delivery. Her dedication to quality, communication, and long-term customer relationships reflects the family-owned values at the heart of PYT Sports.

Founder

Dave Payton founded PYT Sports after building a helmet rack and bench for a high school baseball coach in 2004, turning a passion for the game into a business trusted by programs across the country. A longtime baseball coach and former Chicago Board Options Exchange market maker, Dave combines decades of on-field experience with a commitment to exceptional customer service, helping coaches create organized, functional facilities that support their teams. His philosophy is simple: build quality products, treat customers the right way, and earn their trust every day.
